Your new home is modify and copy with the exception of scripts. Megaprims are incorporated into floors and roof pieces - be aware these will not stretch; doing so will cause "snap back" and they will not retain the original size. HOWEVER, you always have a fresh copy of your home in your rezzer in inventory... so if an accident occurs, rest assured you can rez another copy :)

The cottage is equipped with accessories including a full kitchen with running water, and porch lamps in front and back. These are copy but not modifiable.

TO REZ YOUR HOME:

Please drag the REZZER BOX from inventory to the ground and place the front where you would like the front of the porch to be...lift it a few meters up and press rez. position your home by moving the box NOT the prims. Once you have it placed as you like, touch the rezzer and select save. DO NOT OPEN ANY DOORS ON THE BUILDING UNTIL YOU HAVE FROZEN IT IN PLACE OR THE SCRIPT COULD BREAK. You can now delete the rezzer and enjoy your home!

The windows are touch control for the owner or can also be set to group for others to control.

The doors are lockable."

Antique Tabletop Feather Tree from ANTIQUE ARTISTRY

I have just added an incredible christmas tree... a recreation of a victorian feather tree from the 1800's (I've never seen anyone else in second life offer anything at all like this!) It is loaded with blown glass hanging ornaments I have spent many many hours crafting, glass birds, beads, candles and it looks oh so expensive and real. Please take a look at the photos... but it really looks better in person... Although More than 250 individual prims to delight you it is in a rezzer so just 1 prim charged to your land... and copyable!

The Gnarled old icy willow from ANTIQUE ARTISTRY

I hope you enjoy this big ol' ice covered willow... positively dripping in ice, it is fully sculpted and only 7 prims in total. It measures about 20x20 and is around 25meters high. You can relax on the icy winter swing for couples below it (sold separately) and watch the sparkling stars that shimmer in the tree's branches.

The 2009 Victorian Christmas Cottage has arrived!

The Victorian christmas cottage has arrived :)

This home is 58 prims with an optional 7 prim Christmas fireplace. It measures 11.6w x 16.8d x 22h and is modify copy. It is small and will fit perfectly on 512 plots or tucked into your winter landscapes... surprisingly roomy inside, it boasts three floors, a balcony and a porch, all dripping in snow and icicles and fresh pine garlands and bows.

This is a version of the bewitching victorian - not identical, and this home is ONLY 995 lindens... happy decorating :D

The country blooms china cabinet is one of those special little pieces that can make your kitchen or dining area soooo realistic. The shelves featured a collection of assorted rose china dishes and is lined in lace.

A New Version of the 2009 Xmas Tree

You all liked it so much I made an all new version!

This one is called aqua ice - it is a colorado blue spruce tree with soft aqua candles and white and teal beads... sterling silver european glass ornaments, sterling silver sparkling star on top, and a modern touch - sculpted aqua roses with a white mini-light in the center of each one... it's lush and romantic and just a little bit modern :))

1 Prim Xmas Tree!!

This beautiful 1 prim Victorian Christmas tree is incredibly detailed... as it is in a rezzer only 1 prim is charged to your land. More than two hundred and fifty individual prims adorn the lush branches... please look at the pictures above to see the antique european glass ornaments, victorian stitched ornaments and strung beads and ribbons... each bow of branches is accented with a burning candle on a wrought iron frame.

The tree is held by a victorian era tree stand with curved wrought iron details; beautiful cards from the 1800's decorate the tree... and the entire thing is topped off by a sterling silver and gilded gold star.

I have not seen another tree anywhere in Second Life with the sort of details in this, our 2009 tree.

It sells for L$499 - the rezzer is copyable, so you will not lose it in inventory and can place it at other residences or stores you may have.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place the rezzer on your floor where you would like your tree to sit. Touch the rezzer and select RESET POS. A Tree will appear (lift the tree up a little if it needs it). Touch the rezzer again and select invisible.

Your tree is now set :)

This rezzer only causes 1 PRIM to be rezzed on your land... the tree itself is made from temporary prims. Temporary prims do not count against prim counts.

One rezzer will not cause lag... but do not surround yourself with too many of them or you will lag. One or two on your plot should cause no issues :)

I am so proud to offer "The Goldrush Gazebo"

"Autumn Harvest" table and chairs

Introducing "Autumn Harvest"... a sweet little table and chairs... only 2 prims for the table and 4 for the chairs, and just 99 lindens! It's great for use in gazebos, porches, or informal rooms.

It features a rustic wood planking table and chairs with my own custom textured fabric cushions and table scarf with soft orange, pinks, rose and yellow leaves, a nice compliment to the colors found in the fall gazebo. Also note in the picture the dreamy fall colored brush in the background, just 1 prim!

A Victorian/edwardian era water water tower...only eight prims :)

This piece is made from both sculpted and traditional prims... very detailed, mod copy... so you could add your own signs for your sims if you desire. It measures 10 by about 35 meters.
